This Salisbury, Connecticut structure is over one hundred years old. It appears to have been placed on a new foundation, and an addition has been added.

Much of the appeal is based on the proportions of the main building: it has a steep, forty-five degree pitch to the roof; it is twelve feet wide, twenty-four feet deep and from the foundation to the peak it is sixteen feet tall.
