In some parts of the country, this is not an unusual style for a coffee hut; in the Pacific Northwest, they litter the landscape like little green houses on a Monopoly board. But in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, it’s as likely to see a coffee hut looking like the temporary office of a construction foreman: flat roof and aluminum panels.
